Physical Education

  • SMS PE shirts are sold on Schedule Pick-Up day for $7.00 or you may use a white T-Shirt with your first and last name on it.  Also, students should plan to wear basketball style shorts, athletic socks, tennis shoes, and have a combination lock for their PE locker.

 

STEAM

  • One pocket folder

  • Safety Glasses - ($5)  Students may provide their own safety glasses or bring $5 to class and choose from a variety of colors.  (Please make sure glasses fit well and stay put when looking down and lightly moving the head.) Safety glasses must still be worn if students wear prescription glasses.

  • Optional - work gloves and/or hearing protection (if sensitive to loud noises).

           If students choose to bring work gloves, they should fit well and allow dexterity and freedom of

           hand movement.  Garden-style gloves work well as long as they have a rubber or other

           flexible coating on the fingers and palms.  All materials should be clearly labeled with first and

           last name.
